Hi, I’m Lili.

Glad to see you on this site and hope to meet you soon. Sometimes, life’s challenges—whether they stem from past trauma, the cycles of anxiety/OCD and depression, professional burnout, or a difficult relationship with food and your body—can feel overwhelming. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel both understood and empowered to make real change.

My Approach

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with adolescents, adults, and couples to navigate the complexities of mood and anxiety disorders. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment, interpersonal, and mindfulness techniques. By blending scientific research with a compassionate, person-centered perspective, I help you build the practical tools needed to embrace uncertainty and reclaim a solid sense of self and balance.

I am originally from upstate NY, went to Boston College for my undergraduate degree, then moved to Washington DC to obtain my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America. I’ve lived in Morocco and Thailand while continuing my practice via telehealth. I’ll be moving back to the US and am thrilled to soon be offering both telehealth and in person sessions.
