Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer individual therapy and couples therapy. Standard individual sessions are typically 45–55 minutes. While frequency is tailored to your needs, we usually recommend weekly sessions initially to build momentum and establish a strong foundation of trust. We may then transition to every other week, monthly, or as needed.

  • Therapy is beneficial for anyone feeling "stuck" in old patterns, struggling with persistent worry, or feeling alone when facing uncertainty and challenges. If your current coping strategies no longer feel sufficient, a collaborative and evidence-based approach can help you reclaim a sense of balance.

  • We combine a thoughtful, integrated CBT approach with clear communication and reliable results. We are collaborative, honest, and straightforward. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We offer flexible pricing, $150-$250/session based on clinician’s experience. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We are an out-of-network practice. We provide you with a monthly 'superbill' that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement

  • Therapy can be brief, 10-15 week empirically supported cognitive-behavioral therapy, to address a specific concern or anxiety. Or we may find more long term therapy is needed.

  • Since our approach is action-oriented and grounded in CBT, we often suggest small, manageable practices to try between our meetings. These may include mindfulness exercises, journaling, or gently leaning into uncomfortable situations to build new skills in your real-life environment.

  • We require at least 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may need it. Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to a full session fee.
